HOW TO GET A GROUP STARTED
Group tickets are offered to the same performance and in the same section. The minimum number of tickets to qualify as a group is:
- 20+ for Nutcracker
- 10+ for Repertory Season
- Seating Charts: Please note that not all seating sections and dates are available for group tickets or discounting.
- Seats are assigned by Ticketing Services. Requests are taken into consideration but not guaranteed since group leaders cannot order specific seats. Efforts are made to seat the group together but may be broken into smaller blocks. For multiple sections, the minimum is required in each section.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged and are non-refundable, and reselling is not allowed.
- Classic Group is best for buying blocks of tickets. Tickets are purchased with a 50% non-refundable deposit and distributed by the group leader. Final numbers and payment due 30 days prior to performance. ($14 handling fee for the entire order)
- EZ Group is for the web-savvy who want an online option to purchase. A custom link is sent within 5-7 business days. The group leader is responsible to keep track of sales and ensure the minimum has been purchased. If not, tickets revert to full price. (5% setup fee is refunded when minimum is met. Each order charged a $3 handling fee.) View a sample EZ Group page.
- Classic Group tickets are mailed through US Postal Service after final payment and EZ Group mailed to individuals after minimum has been met. Tickets cannot be held at will-call for individuals.
- Print by logging into your account, find the Tickets & Performances tab, and download the PDF. Each subsequent download invalidates the tickets previously printed.
